Raíz del Mar.

I'm Constanza, though many know me as Raíz. Founder of Raíz del Mar and creator of The Erotic Sovereignty Method.

My work lives at the intersection of the nervous system, embodiment and sacred sexuality.

Not because I chose this path. Because this path chose me.

After experiencing sexual trauma, I spent years searching for healing in places that only spoke to my mind.

I read.

I learned.

I understood.

Yet something inside me remained untouched.

Everything changed the moment I stopped asking my mind for answers and started listening to my body.

My body became my teacher.

My nervous system became my guide.

My sexuality became a doorway—not back to who I was, but toward who I had always been.

Somewhere deep inside, I knew my pain wasn't asking me to become someone else.

It was inviting me to reclaim my sovereignty.

That realization became the foundation of everything I offer today.

Today, I create spaces where people can slow down enough to hear what their bodies have been trying to say all along.

Spaces rooted in safety.

Presence.

Compassion.

And radical honesty.

Whether through private mentorship, ceremonies or retreats, my intention is always the same:

To help people remember that their bodies have never been the enemy.

I don't heal you.

I don't fix you.

I don't save you.

I hold the space where you remember you were never broken.

You are not broken.

You are not too much.

You are not behind.

You are alive. And life has never stopped moving toward you.
