Raíz is a certified tantric massage therapy practitioner and sacred feminine guide specializing in somatic healing, energy work, and conscious sexuality. She holds space for men, women, and couples to reclaim their power, heal their wounds, and awaken their authentic intimate selves.
Her approach combines Tantric and Taoist Massage techniques, modern somatic healing (TVM — Triple Vagal Method), breathwork, and intuitive guidance to create experiences that honor body, mind, and spirit equally.
This group format is a natural evolution of her deeply held belief: that transformation deepens when witnessed in community. The five-couple circle is curated intentionally so that every participant feels safe, seen, and held.

Absolutely not. All three modalities are introduced from the foundations. The retreat is specifically designed for couples who are curious but new to sacred sexuality and rope practices. Raíz meets every couple exactly where they are.

The Shibari sessions are structured to balance shared learning with intimate couple space. Group elements focus on instruction, demonstration, and witnessing — a powerful somatic experience in itself. Couples also have designated private time for their own practice. Nothing is ever done publicly without explicit group consent.

Consent and boundaries are a living practice throughout the four days — not just a one-time agreement. Raíz is trauma-informed and uses continuous check-ins, clear frameworks for each practice, and a culture of "yes means yes" at every step. Every participant can pause or modify any practice at any time, without explanation.

After initial contact via WhatsApp, you will be invited to a 30-minute call with Raíz to discuss intentions, any relevant history, and mutual fit. The group is assembled intentionally — compatibility between couples matters. If selected, a deposit secures your place and a preparation guide follows.

Tantric work can bring up deep emotions, memories, and sensations. This is normal and part of the healing process. Raíz is trained to hold safe space for emotional release and provide tools for integration. The experience is designed to be profoundly healing and connecting.
